On Wednesday, October 7, The OVO brand, co-owned by Drake and two Lebanese-Canadians, Oliver El-Khatib and Noah Shebib stepped up to show support to Beirut after the August 4 explosion.
This time around, the celebrity’s fashion brand, OVO, released a Lebanese line of hoodies and shirts, with all the proceeds being donated to the Lebanese Red Cross, who has been at the forefront to help the affected people.
It was expected that the giant brand will sell out the Lebanese Collection in not time, but this one just sold out within minutes!
The Limited Lebanon edition opened up for sale on Wednesday 7, and sold out worldwide in minutes!
Within no time, they started showing up on eBay with customers reselling them at exponential prices!
OVO’s original price was $58. However, after they were entirely sold out, customers who had bought them started reselling them as high as $350 + $22 Shipping + $55 import charges!
Drake has been lending his support to Beirut after the explosion that destroyed the capital and left more than 300,000 homeless, and 200 dead.
