Returns, Exchanges & Refunds at SELFO

We are sorry to hear that some products were not quite right to you and you want to return or exchange them. The below Return Policy outlines topics on returns, exchanges, refunds and return shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to return and/or exchange your products within 14 days of receipt of your order without giving reasons. Any item not in its original conditions, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will only be granted a partial refund.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return or exchange, we also require a proof of purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the fully or partially approval of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 business days.

Shipping returns or exchanged products

To return or exchange your product, you should mail your product back to us with a note inside the package. In the note should be stated your name, order number, email address, phone number and the reason for return / product you wish to exchange the old product with; e.g.:

  • Email address: m.s@g…com
  • Phone Nr.: +49…
  • Reason or comment: I need a refund or exchange this product/s with … product/s.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
